Our three ongoing projects
They are dedicated to helping the poorest people in Turkana.
Long periods of drought, sudden torrential rains with land-consuming and life-threatening floods, extreme distances to medical facilities, few job opportunities and radical poverty of more than 80% of all inhabitants, as well as almost no investment, characterize and exhaust the country.
You too can save lives.
Thanks!
Project 1:
Donate a goat and fodder

A goat costs about 30-50 EUR in Turkana.
Goats provide families with at least some milk and meat, and they leave behind manure. They come
They cope best with the sparse vegetation. If they reproduce, families can at least breathe a little easier for a longer period of time.
In Turkana, many people live a nomadic lifestyle; animals like goats are their most valuable possessions. If they slaughter a goat for a visitor, that is the highest gesture of hospitality: from that moment on, the visitor belongs to the family
Project 2:
Donate a sack of cornmeal

A sack of cornmeal
up to 50 kg
In Turkana it costs between 36 and 50 EUR.
For families in the desert region without income, it is often the only daily source of food.
Local markets also offer vegetables and other food, but most people live below the poverty line and are usually unable to buy this food.
Project 3:
Donate a full tank of diesel

Priests in Africa are often the only bastion of humanity for their fellow human beings: they bring God, food, water, and comfort.
They rush to help, bringing sick, pregnant, elderly, and injured people to distant medical facilities.
If a vehicle suitable for desert roads is available, it must also be refueled.
A 100-liter tank of diesel costs approximately 120 EUR there.
